We are ecstatic over our new roof on our main house and cottage. As the saying goes “a picture is worth a thousand words” I want to thank Jeff Alexander and all the West Michigan Roofing staff for your professionalism and quality work on our main house and cottage on Lake Michigan. Jeff showed such kindness while having to work with 3 women owners. We all had our different opinions on what looked best. Jeff was so gracious when I asked him to go up on the roof of both places with the different samples of roof shingles. I also asked him to go to different places on the roofs so I could see how it looked in different locations. He jumped around from place to place on the roofs hence my nick name for him “Roof Monkey” Jeff has such a fun spirit about him that he would just smile as I continued to call him “roof monkey” With 3 women one on FaceTime trying to make a decision, Jeff had a difficult task. Jeff has such an eye for what looks good that he suggested a certain shingle when I asked him what he would pick. We are so thankful that we all agreed with him because we absolutely love the shingles and our neighbors more than once have told us how much they like our roof. Thank you, Jeff, for also helping my neighbors and friends with their roofing needs as well. I would highly recommend Jeff and West Michigan Roofing company and look forward to working with them again on another house we own.

Professional, efficient and timely! Everything went seamlessly from the competitive quote Kevin to the installation! I knew exactly what I was getting and how the process would be carried out. I had 4 layers of shingles removed, along with wood replacement, on my 1930 home and the job was done in 1 1/2 days. I was even amazed at the clean-up process...my patio and surrounding areas looked cleaner than when they started! Top notch, 5-star job! I love my new roof!
