We have been very impressed with Casey and the level of professionalism, advice and responsiveness as we navigate a complicated insurance claim. We would not hesitate recommending the team at Arko for any construction needs. In an industry that often gets a bad rap, this company is not a fly by night operation. I would rate a zero if I could. They started our project last October. They had told us they would have a supervisor on site to manage and supervise the work. They didn't. Had 4 guys perform the work, couldn't speak English. Showed up unannounced. Didn't protect anything around the property. Damaged things, tried to get us to pay in full for the work and I refused until they finish the job. They said it was just warranty work remaining. They damaged my gutters, said they would be in contact with us the following week after they came to the house for payment, that was three weeks ago. Even Casey their GM called me apologized, said communication is key and hasn't called back to let me know when they will be back to repair my gutters. I wanted to hire people who were more local and had a good rating, but they must be getting friends and family to do their reviews. They are not cheap, were recommended by my insurance agent, but haven't lived up to any of the promises they made. and I have no idea if they will actually come back to finish this job.
