Metro Roofing and Remodeling – Roofing Contractor in Maple Grove, Minnesota

Metro Roofing and Remodeling just finished up a 3-part project for us. We can't say enough about how happy we are with our experience. The salesman returned calls quickly, showed up when he said he would, he was knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing came back via email in a timely manner, and the work was scheduled, the crew arrived and completed the jobs so efficiently. They left no mess behind. We had a section of roof replaced, gutters added to an out-building and a new metal door installed. This is the company we will be hiring when our whole roof needs to be replaced. This project was a breeze at a very fair price.

This gentleman falsely claimed me as an "ex employee" and after the fact of him claiming that my asking said resolution to pay what we AGREED to as "extortion", he then proceeded to plaster ^ In his own reviews... every traffic ticket and RESOLVED issue I've had in over 20 years in attempt to make it look like those things have anything to DO with our industry I've been forced to change my email and company name as he has slandered me. One star is only more of an exaggerated review in his performance as a contractor as it is in regards to how he treats others. I am shocked and disappointed at how he has stolen from me and my family and then added slander to his list of damages. How he sees lying about me being an employee does not change the fact that if you agree to pay an amount for a service that you do NOT get to later accuse them of extortion when they ask for that money to provide for themselves and their children. I will be working with a few of the customers I asked Juan to help for a profit share, to make sure he is held accountable for every time he has lied, cheated and stolen from including myself and my son who is celebrating his 3rd year of life today. I will not be surprised if this gas lighting con artist continues to report the one star reviews he has received from my friends and loved ones as "spam" the same way he has referred to my asking for my 1/2 of agreed profit as... "Extortion". I'm not bluffing. I will see you in court alongside plenty of others to make it more difficult to manipulate a judge... Or jury. Juan can expect a cease and desist letter from my attorney for his continued slander.

I had 7 windows replaced by Metro. Everything was fast and easy. The windows look great and I can already tell a difference in them blocking the cold. I was especially impressed that they have their own brand of windows. Overall it was a great experience and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone!
