RS Seamless Gutters & Covers – Roofing Contractor in Maple Grove, Minnesota

If I could, I would give Zero Stars. I had gutters put on less than 2 years ago. Very high pressure to go with them when i asked if he could wait to run my card as I wanted to shop around, he said I wouldn't get the discount. I allowed him and his crew to install the gutters. Not only did they have to come back to fix what I could see was wrong, they left trimmings and many screws. Then when it rained, the gutters leaked. I asked for him to come back and fix it and he said that my shingles did not hang over enough and it would cost me more money to fix. I had another company come out. They said that RS Seameless did not put gutter apron on and that was causing the leaks. Simple fix. If it would have been done right, I would not have had these problems. I have had a different company replace the gutters. They also installed better leaf guard. The old gutters were clogged with debris. The price was less than what I paid for the first time. This company is a scam.

About one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Very high pressure sales situation, I got a "discounted" estimate that was only good for that day, then after my deposit was received I had a very difficult time getting my work scheduled. My phone calls were never answered and went straight to voicemail, emails weren't much better. Once my gutters were installed the quality of workshop made me wish they weren't. They sagged, were dented, scratched, vibrated in the wind, and one section leaked. I had another nightmare of a time getting in contact with the company to come out and fix the issues. Once I did get something scheduled I took off of work to meet the guy to fix the issues and he never showed. When someone finally came out and fixed the problems it was many months after the initial contact, and the one section and still leaks.

Excellent experience with RS Seamless. Had them install gutters on 2 of the houses that I own and I was delighted with the communication and the quality of install. The thing that I like the most is their attention to detailed design so that the gutters "flow" with the house rather than sticking out like a sore thumb. Took them about 8 weeks to install after providing me a quote but well worth it.
