Tera Vitale	When I was sold my new siding, I was told my existing boards were not good and needed to be replaced. When the siders came to do the siding in May 2017, they told me my existing boards were in great shape. The installation was wonderful and all was good until Jan 2019 when I had a piece on the front of my house partially disconnect and flapping in the wind. My Exteriors didn't call back after multiple attempts. I duct taped the piece so it wouldn't break during the polar vortex and subsequent storms. In March, I finally talked to someone who said they don't work in the winter, though their message didn't indicate that, and someone would be in touch to get the siding fixed as soon as it was warm enough. It is now May 28, 2019, I have made a few more calls with no response, no one has called me, and I still have duct tape on the front of my house.
