Welter Construction just recently built a deck for us and it turned out exactly how we envisioned and hoped. They were great to work with and always responsive to us. I'd refer them and recommend them to anyone in need of a construction company. You won't be disappointed.

Very satisfied with the level of craftsmanship performed by Welter. Work involved a new roof, rear siding, and deck, all a storm damage insurance claim. They took the burden off of me dealing with insurance and made sure all my needs were met. I would work with them again in the future.

We called Welter Construction after a hail storm to come look at my siding. He came and evaluated the home and let me know what he thought the insurance would approve. His company had replaced our roof 3 years earlier for the owners of the home before awe bought it. Not only did he fit us in during a very busy time but he also came back to walk with the insurance inspectors when they were here a few days later. He worked with my insurance company to get my siding replaced and fully covered. I was highly impressed with his crew who did the actual work. They were courteous, kind, and efficient. Zach his project manager was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The work is beautiful and I am grateful for his diligence in working with our insurance company, the quality of the work performed, and how quickly he was able to complete the work.
