Bill did an awesome job on getting the insurance adjuster out and walking through everything with getting the new roof. After them roof and gutters were done the crews left an absolute mess and have not been out to clean up or install the bath fan I had paid for It's been a month since they said they would come out to finish everything up. I have called the office plenty of times with no one picking up the phone, nor calling me back when I leave a voicemail.

Lead man was very disorganized and forgetful leading to rework around trying to coordinate tearing a chimney down with replacing the roof. Took months to schedule gutter replacement and chimney and when they showed up without any kind of notice. When they finally replaced the gutters they didnt replace fascia boards leaving it to look like a garbage. The subcontractor they hired to tear dow my chimney threw bricks on the bare yard and didnt clean up the mess. In the end I have a new roof that isn't leaking but it was not worth the hassle and months of waiting and now the fascia boards that need redone.

Midwest Restoration has been fixing my family's storm damage for years. Not only are they caring and easy to work with, they also get the job done in a timely and cost effective manner. I appreciate Mark, Suzie and the crews for always making sure my house is fixed to my satisfaction. They even meet the adjuster out and take away all the work that I'd normally have to do myself with the insurance company. They even upgraded me to architectural roof, no extra money out of pocket! I will be continuing to give my business to this company.
