It's unfortunate that a victim of fraud and unfinished work has been the only one questioned in the scenario. If the instances that occurred while this man was working at the job in question are keeping him from finishing that job than that should be clarified and the job finished by someone else. Word of mouth is a strong thing when it comes to advertising and I can guarantee you that I will not knowingly allow anyone to seek services from you or James until and probably after this has all been resolved.
