We had our roof replaced in 2013 by Aspen. We were impressed with Justin and his crew when the roof was installed. This summer, my husband went up on the roof and noticed that the shingles were severely deteriorating. We had a warranty on the shingles so I contacted the President of this company. He came to my house the evening before going on vacation to look at the roof. Before he came down off the roof, he was calling the shingle manufacturer representative and advising him that faulty shingles were installed on my house. The three of us joined forces and within 24 hours, we had a claim filed with the shingle manufacturer. Even though he was headed out of town on vacation, the President continued to remain in contact with me to make sure we had everything on track. Within one week, the roof manufacturer sent a settlement to me where all the shingles on my roof will be replaced at their cost. We are putting our house up for sale and Aspen is making sure that my roof will be replaced before it is put on the market. I couldn't have asked for better support on this issue and Aspen has exceeded my expectations! I felt like I had a whole team helping me to get this issue resolved. It was refreshing to see a business stand up alongside their customer to make sure that we received the correct result - something that you don't see too often these days. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
