First Construction – Roofing Contractor in Edmond, Oklahoma

We're in the middle of a real estate transaction and the buyers required the roof to be replaced before we could close escrow---so timing has been important. The first thing I experienced with First Construction Corp was how quickly Caleb responded. His inspection was thorough and pricing was very fair. I asked him to price a couple of extra items on the buyer's list of "to-dos" that could be done at the same time as the roof. Again, he was responsive, accommodating, and gave us a fair price. The project was started quickly and finished quickly. We live out of state, so I've been trying to do all of this remotely. Caleb kept us apprised of his schedule, sent pictures at several times during the roof and gutter replacement, and even took the time to let the buyers contact him to choose the shingle color. Being out of state, I had someone local inspect the roof, gutters, and other work completed by First Construction before I cut the final check. There was not a single issue or complaint. I would whole-heartedly recommend First Construction Corp. Very professional. Well done.

First construction installed our new roof shortly after moving in and did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgeable and definitely fought for us with the insurance companies involved. Over and above this, as a complete surprise to us, they also re-shingled the shed out back and fought for us to get new gutters which better match the house and certainly make the wife happy.
