Settling my fathers estate required a new roof to sell the home. Zach responded to me, even though I was calling from out-of-state. He went to the home, and provided a detailed estimate. After an agreement, he even went back to fix a small leak problem two months before the scheduled start date. On the start date, rain was forecast for the entire duration of the job. The guys came on time and immediately went to work. Rain happened! On and off for three days. I saw the guys take a 15 minute break when it poured. Then back up on the roof. The rain lasted three days and the guys worked and finished the job in three days!! The yards were cleaned each evening. The final cleanup was a magnet sweep for all metal. They even put put with the dog yelling at them. And yes... the job was perfect, professional, and all JAM contacts listened to my needs, explained their service and did the job right. Thank you JAM

Repared Roof. On time and friendly

This summer a few months back we had Jam come and take a look at a leek we had. We were told it could be fixed by removing the satalite dish no longer in use and replacement of a small area of shingles. They gave us a free quote for the fix and we decided to go ahead and have them do the job. As soon as wet weather showed up again we realized we had the same leak going on. We called and left a voicemail that was not returned. My husband called again over a week later and was able to talk to a women about the issue. She interrupted him mid sentence to tell him they were not doing leeks at this time. When he tried to tell her that we were a recent customer that had paid good money to have a leek fixed just months before she interrupted him again to give him a number of another company that would do leeks. We are now left with a leaking roof in the middle of winter and out a few hundred dollars for nothing.
