I had Roof Angels fix a leak in my basement wall. Roof Angels hired subs for the outside water proofing of the foundation walls. The sub did not compact the backfill and as a result every time it rains, the soil settles leaving a hole next to the wall. I have sent pictures to both Roof Angels and their sub and have no response. They are not returning my calls. I am afraid that if the backfill is not properly sloped away from the wall, ponding will eventually lead to another flooding in my basement.

The initial contact was within 30 minutes of putting in a request. They were here the next day for an estimate and completed the work within a week - partial because of the cold and bad weather. The same gentleman who came for the estimate, completed the job. He showed up on time; worked very neatly and cleaned up after himself; and did a perfect job. We would highly recommend this company.
