I've had the best experience with Big Bear Roofing. My home was hit by hurricane Matthew, and they were one of the first to respond. I met Michael, my contractor, and he was able to explained everything in details. He gave me the confidence that the job will get done, and it will get done right. Big Bear did an excellent job on the roof. It was done quick and professionally. In addition, I was able to get fence, whole new sidings, new floors, and the whole inside ceiling resurfaced and all walls painted. Anytime, I had an issue or questions, Michael was quick to respond. And if he was unavailable, he sent somebody in his place. He always kept me updated with what is going on with each job. I am so pleased with the professionality of Big Bear and definitely will use them again!!

After 2 other companies wouldn't even answer the phone so I could pay a deposit I called big bear. They had prompt responses and a fair price. Their repair crew did a great job, and now my roof doesn't leak. They were always ready and available to answer any questions. Ask for James, he has excellent customer service .

The salesman was fantastic. He could sell snowballs to Eskimos. We waited about 3 weeks to get them to start. Not as explained when we signed the contract. I was calling them for updates. I never saw any of the people that the salesman and coordinators spoke of. The crew that was here was completely Hispanic. There was one that spoke a little English but not fluently. He was very hard to understand. The day the finished, they didn't tell me they were done, they just disappeared. I assumed they were done. I picked up at least 50 nails in my back yard and another 10 or so in the driveway. I watched a video from Liberty showing how to install the system they put on my roof. It showed a tart like substance that should be applied in several key areas. I didn't see them doing anything like that. I really feel that we paid way too much for this job. I sure hope they stand behind the lifetime warranty they offered. The day after they were done, they called for the balance. We got that to them shortly after. Now I've had 4 emails and 1 text asking me for a review. What bothered me the most was that not one person checked to see if we were satisfied with the job. They got it done, got their money and couldn't care less about the rest. I would not recommend them
