Barnett Roofing is an excellent company. They are very personable. Dustin came out and patched a hole in my roof and did an excellent job. I have a lot of trees around my house and branches fall on the house all the time. I anticipate that this won't be the last time I have this problem and Barnett will be my first call. Recently I'd some shingles that were damaged by a fire place company and a leak that I couldn't determine where it was coming from. My experience with subs hasn't been a favorable one thus far. When researching I found David Barnett's web page and liked the fact he had certified technicians and excellent reviews. I called David in the morning, explained my situation. He said he would have his repair man call me back. A few hours went by and no word, so I called David back and he answered right away. I explained that I'd not been contacted yet from the repair man. He told me that he'd contact Dustin and have him call me in 5 minutes unless he was on a roof. Dustin called me right away after explaining what was going on he told me he'd pick up some shingles and be on out. He was very professional and friendly. Once at my house he found the problem right away. It turned out that the job the fire place company did twice was sub par and wasn't sealed properly around the storm collars allowing water to enter in. Dustin tried sealing the areas the best he could since the front of the chimney is to steep to stand and work. He did the best he could and told me if I had any further problems to call. I've to say it's so nice to find a company that calls you back, shows up, and are professional and courteous. I'll most definitely use Barnett roofing for all future needs and highly recommend them to anyone wanting professional installation and great customer care.
