Having my roof repaired with Orion was beyond easy. They handled everything, from working with my insurance to handling the clean up after they were done. I never once felt alone in this process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The technician Emmanuel was very polite, thorough, & professional. Unfortunately, I did not get to work with him. A person named Clayton called & texted my phone persistently after there normal business hours 5pm. He continued to text me until 9:55pm. I told him that I was working & when I finished at 9, that is my family time. He continued to text after I told him six times to please respect my family time. After the third time of telling him that, he told me that he would have my tech call me anyway because I have a "3 day cancellation clause" with them. He also stated that, "I am not your child. Be respectful when you communicate with me". I felt I was very respectful even though he continued to text me after I asked him not to. I am confused as to why anyone would be contacting me that time of evening about my roof. Further confused about why we they wouldn't stop after I asked them not to contact me at that hour. This was a very weird encounter.
