Brad from Trademark Roofing replaced our roof after the hail storm in 2016. He was hard to get a hold of then and not consistent with set appointments. I was patient since everyone in the city needed a new roof at the same time. Fast forward to Oct. 2019, and our roof begins to leak in 4 different places after a bad storm. We have a warranty through Trademark, but could not get a hold of them to come take a look after numerous calls and texts. Brad finally sets an appointment and doesn't show up. Reschedules, and doesn't show up again. We try again in March 2020, not wanting to give up on the warranty. He finally showed up, without a ladder or crew. He took pictures of the stains on our ceiling and said he'd be back that afternoon. He never showed up nor responded to any of my calls. I am done with them, and am hoping the damage to our home isn't too extensive from waiting on the roofer that never shows up. Homeowners beware.
