I continue to be impressed with Harts Plumbing. From the time they greet you on the phone, through the service appointment, and then the follow up, they are a top notch, 5 star company. They are friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone. They always keep me up to date when they are coming out for the service appointment. Any adjustments that need to be made, have always been made in advance, and they make it a priority to get things rescheduled. I wish every company I worked with would take notes on how Harts does business. I'm very impressed at how they operate, their staff, and the quality of work they deliver. I am a very happy customer. And that's tough to do when having plumbing issues. Highly Recommend!

My house was built in 1963 and had its original plumbing still. The galvanized drain lines began leaking recently so I called multiple plumbers to come out and look at them. Cody from Harts Services showed up at my house right on time to look at my drain lines and provide an estimate. Of the 7 plumbers I called only 4 got back to me with an estimate and Harts was the most reasonable. Others tried to up sell, or seemed way overpriced. I scheduled a complete replacement of all of my drain lines with Harts. David and Tyler got my my house first thing Monday morning and did an incredible job. They cut out all of the old galvanized pipes and installed new ABS drains. They replaced the drain from all of the fixture in the house and the toilet flange. When they were done they leak tested everything and sealed any leaks that they found. They even replaced an old kitchen sink drain because it would not seal properly. They went above and beyond and actually did way more than I was expecting. I'd recommend Harts Services to anyone with plumbing needs!

The tech seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He did the plumbing job quickly and showed up on time. However, I didn't like the fact that the explanation of costs are not completely detailed out on the invoice. I expect complete transparency and I don't feel that the job was explained to my understanding. The explanation is that costs also include insurance and office costs, which I do understand. I would have preferred to pay per the job not per a bracket cost. In addition, I thought other plumbing suggestions were bid too highly. I don't feel like Hart's takes into consideration the common man's affordability. I thank them for coming same day as I called but a job that should have taken 1.5 hours was pushed to the next day
