Of course it was the usual, "It was like that," and "We never did that." Typical answers. And yet the owner offered to pay for half the damage when I first asked him about it. Why would you offer to pay for half the damage if you never did anything? And why would I pay half? I didn't do the damage. So I paid this guy over 200,000 for new roofs and he was so cheap he couldn't spend 1900 to fix asphalt. The best thing to do is not give this company a dime. |
