He was very professional and knowledgeable about not just the cleaning, but how to optimize the quality of our airflow through the system. He had some great tips! We got the basic package which includes 15 vents, and we have much more than that. He checked all our vents return and supply lines and directed us on which ones to focus on to get the most for what we ordered without having to spend more than we wanted. My wife was working from home and he was very respectful about managing the noise when possible. It can be a loud process and he did a great job to mitigate the sound when he was able to. Dean's in general was a great choice and I'd recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again for sure! |
